摘要
华北某铁矿磁精矿SiO2含量高达8.0%~9.0%,采用浮选工艺提铁降硅,存在因矿浆加热及药剂添加带来的环保问题,同时工序成本及金属流失较高。为解决上述问题,开展了高效磁重选工艺试验研究,取得了良好的效果。
SiO2 content of a certain magnetite concentrate in North China can reach 8.0%and 9.0%.Floatation process is used to improve the Fe content and reduce Silicon content.The existing problem is that the heating of the slurry and adding of the agents bring environmental protection problems.Meanwhile,the process cost and metal loss is high.To solve the above-mentioned problems,researches are carried out for high efficiency magnetic and gravity separation process.Good test results are obtained.
