摘要
采用磁选法分选柞水某地铁矿石,随着铁矿石品位逐年降低,入选矿石性质的变化,导致铁尾矿品位偏高。取最终尾矿样品,借助化学多元素分析、X射线衍射分析、铁化学物相分析、粒度分析以及单体解离度分析研究此尾矿的主要组分含量、矿物组成、铁存在的物相及含量、粒度组成及金属分布率和铁矿物的单体解离度。研究结果表明,一些没有完全单体解离的粗粒铁矿物进入尾矿中,造成此尾铁品位偏高。在磁选之前加入细筛再磨工艺,减少磁性夹杂;磁选尾矿返回磨矿作业,进行再磨再选,从而降低尾矿铁品位,提高分选指标。
The magnetic separation method is used to separate Zhashui iron ore.As the grade of iron ore decreases year by year,the nature of the selected ore changes,resulting in a higher grade of iron tailings.Take the final tailings sample,and use chemical multi-element analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,iron chemical phase analysis,particle size analysis,and monomer dissociation degree analysis to study the main component content,mineral composition,and iron presence phase and content,particle size composition,metal distribution rate and monomer dissociation degree of iron minerals.The research results show that some coarse-grained iron minerals that do not completely dissociate into the tailings cause the tailings to have a higher grade.Before the magnetic separation,a fine sieve re-grinding process is added to reduce magnetic inclusions;the magnetic separation tailings are returned to the grinding operation for re-grinding and re-dressing,thereby reducing the iron grade of the tailings and improving the classification index.
