摘要
司家营铁矿的三段一闭路破碎产品(12~0 mm)3~0 mm粒级分布率33.50%,为实现多碎少磨、能抛早抛、降本增效的目标,进行了高压辊磨机超细碎可行性研究。结果表明,高压辊磨工作压力10 MPa时,开路辊压产品3~0 mm粒级产率59.04%,0.074~0 mm粒级产率19.46%,能耗1.49 kWh/t;工作压力10 MPa时,闭路辊压试验的循环负荷约70%,产品0.074~0 mm粒级产率21.38%;3~0 mm闭路辊压产品湿式预选抛尾产率可达50%左右,磁性铁回收率超过98%;与常规破碎产品相比,高压辊磨闭路辊压3~0 mm产品的相对可磨度系数为1.3左右,表明高压辊磨产品进入一段磨矿,处理能力可提高约30%。
The crushing production(12~0 mm)of three-stage and one closed-circuit process in Sijiaying Iron Mine is with particle size distribution rate of 3~0 mm accounting for 33.50%.In order to achieve the goal of more crushing less grinding,early throwing,production cost reduction and production efficiency improvment,feasibility study on ultra-fine crushing by high pressure roller mill were conducted.The results showed that when the working pressure is 10 MPa in the opened-circuit crushing test using high pressure roller mill,the contents of 3~0 mm particle size is 59.04%with the contents of 0.074~0 mm particle size of 19.46%,and the energy consumption of 1.49 kWh/t.when the working pressure is 10 MPa in the closed-circuit crushing test using high-pressure roller mill,the circulating load is about 70%,and the particle size contents of 0.074~0 mm is 21.38%.The wet preselection for 3~0 mm closed-circuit rolling products can discard tailings about 50%,and the recovery rate of magnetic iron is more than 98%.Compared with conventional crushing products,the relative grindability coefficient of 3~0 mm closed-circuit roller products is about 1.3,which indicated that the processing capacity can be increased by about 30%when the products of high-pressure roller mill enter the first stage of grinding.
