摘要
陕西某磁铁矿为将选矿厂原矿处理能力由70万t/a扩产到200万t/a,提高铁精矿产量,进行了高压辊磨及湿式预选试验研究。通过多技术方案对比得出,选矿厂新增高压辊磨及预选工艺,每年可减少入磨矿量86万t,每吨原矿处理电耗可降低11.94%,每年可减排固体废弃物50万t,选矿厂实现了节能减排及降耗增效,企业经济效益和社会效益显著,达到了提高铁精矿产能的目的。
In order to expand the processing capacity of raw ore from 700 thousand t/a to 2 million t/a and increase the output of iron concentrate,a high pressure roller mill and wet pre-concentration test were carried out on a magnetite ore in Shaanxi.Through the comparison of multi-technical schemes,it is concluded that the addition of high-pressure roller mill and pre-concentration process in the concentrator can reduce the amount of grinding by 860 thousand tons per year,reduce the power consumption of per ton raw ore by 11.94%,and reduce the emission of solid waste by 500 thousand tons per year.The concentrator has achieved energy saving and emission reduction,consumption reduction and efficiency increase.The economic and so⁃cial benefits of the enterprise are remarkable,and the purpose of improving the production capacity of iron concentrate is achieved.
