摘要 为了解决弓长岭选矿厂现有生产工艺中流程长、磨矿能耗高等问题,开展了高压辊粉碎—湿式预选试验。研究结果表明:在高压辊磨机辊面间距10 mm、辊面压力10.5 MPa、辊面转速14 r/min、给矿粒度-3 mm、磁场强度240 kA/m的最优条件下,可获得预选粗精矿全铁品位36.30%,抛尾率31.84%,铁回收率88.19%的技术指标;该工艺可提高选矿厂的处理能力和铁精粉产量,对提高企业经济效益具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problems of long process and high grinding energy consumption in the existing production process of Gongchangling Concentrator,a high pressure roller crushing-wet preconcentration test was carried out.The results show that under the optimal conditions of roller surface spacing of 10 mm,roller surface pressure of 10.5 MPa,roller surface speed of 14 r/min,feed particle size of-3 mm and magnetic field strength of 240 kA/m,the technical indexes of total iron grade of 36.30%,tailings throwing rate of 31.84%and iron recovery rate of 88.19%can be obtained.This process can improve the processing capacity and iron concentrate production of the concentrator,which is of great significance to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
