摘要
素质教育持续深化背景下,教育教学工作强调对学生核心素养的培养,这也是对立德树人任务进行落实的一项重要举措,能够帮助我国教育更好的适应世界教育改革发展趋势,促进教育国际竞争力的提高。在对学生的核心素养进行培养的过程中,教师处于非常重要的位置,想要提升核心素养培养的效果,高校教师必须及时对自身的教育理念进行更新,实现教育职能的转型。文章从核心素养的内涵出发,分析了核心素养对于高校教师职能的要求,并就核心素养视域下教师职能转型的路径进行了分析和探讨,希望能够为学生核心素养的发展提供参考和借鉴。
Under the background of continuous deepening of quality education,education and teaching work emphasizes the cultivation of core literacy of students.This is also an important measure to implement the task of fostering virtue through education.It can help our education better adapt to the development trend of world education reform and promote the international competitiveness of education.In the process of cultivating students'core literacy,teachers are in a very important position.To improve the effect of core literacy cultivation,college teachers must update their educational ideas in time to realize the transformation of educational functions.Starting from the connotation of core literacy,this paper analyzes the requirements of core literacy for college teacher functions,and analyzes and explores the path of teacher function transformation from the perspective of core literacy,hoping to provide reference and reference for the development of student core literacy.
