摘要
急性胰腺炎发病常伴随肠道菌群失调,肠道菌群参与人体营养物质的转化吸收,构成生物屏障防止致病菌定植并协调肠道免疫平衡。菌群失调所致的胃肠症状及菌群易位引发"菌血症"至"败血症"的疾病发展趋势与急性胰腺炎中医不同证候所含诸症及证候传变过程有较多类同,因而肠道菌群失调可能参与急性胰腺炎证候演变。本研究从肠道菌群角度分析,并探索菌群失调与急性胰腺炎证候传变之间的联系,为急性胰腺炎证治方药提供靶向于肠道菌群的新思路。
Acute pancreatitis is often accompanied by gut microbiota dysbiosis.Gut microbiota participate in the conversion and absorption of nutrients in human,constitute the biological barrier to prevent the colonization of pathogenic bacteria and maintain intestinal immune balance.Gastrointestinal symptoms caused by intestinal dysbacteriosis and the trend of disease development from“bacteremia”to“septicemia”caused by microbiota translocation are similar to that of different symptoms and syndrome progression in acute pancreatitis from the opinion of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,gut microbiota dysbiosis may participate in the syndrome progress of acute pancreatitis.This paper attempts to explore the relationships between dysbacteriosis and the syndrome transmission in acute pancreatitis,so as to provide a new possibility targeting intestinal microflora for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
