摘要
从试样状态、试样称量、助燃剂、加热温度和加热速率、吸收液等方面研究了管式炉燃烧过程中影响燃料油燃烧和硫化物转化吸收的主要因素。探讨了离子色谱法测定硫酸根离子过程中试验用水纯度、环境温度和色谱条件对结果准确性的影响。并提出了不同影响因素的解决方法,保证测量结果的准确性。
The main factors affecting complete combustion of fuel oil and full conversion absorption of sulfide in the pipe furnace were studied from the aspects of sample weight and shape,combustion adjuvant,heating temperature,heating rate and absorption liquid.The influence of the purity of water,ambient temperature and chromatographic conditions on the accuracy of the determination of sulfur in fuel oil with ion chromatography was investigated.According to the different influence factors,corresponding solutions were put forward to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.
