摘要
目的:考察某三级妇幼保健院调节肠道菌群失调药物使用的趋势及合理性。方法:应用回顾性调查分析,对该院2018年出院病历中应用调节肠道菌群失调药物进行分析。结果:检查出院病历12284份,含有7种调节肠道菌群失调药物病历1564份,占12.73%,儿科1059份(67.71%),新生儿科304份(19.44%),年龄0~3月及年龄4月~2.5岁使用频率最高,分别占40.60%及40.98%,下呼吸道感染使用频率最高(占66.18%),使用频率最高的依次为双歧杆菌四联活菌(0.5 g)(816例次,占45.03%),枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒DUI>1.0(1.28)。结论:婴幼儿期临床治疗时使用抗生素会引起肠道菌群失衡,治疗时联合使用调节肠道菌群失调药物,维持肠道菌群平衡;对新生儿黄疸采用微生态制剂联合蓝光照射治疗可以有效、快速缓解临床症状;7种调节肠道菌群失调药物在我院使用基本合理,无滥用倾向。
Objectives:To investigate and understand the trend and rationality of regulating intestinal flora disorders in a tertiary maternal and child health hospital.Methods:The application of drugs regulating intestinal flora disorder in 2018 discharge medical records of our hospital was analyzed by retrospective investigation and analysis.Results:Of the 12,284 medical records,there were 1564 medical records of 7 kinds of regulating intestinal floral flora,accounting for 12.73%,including 1059 pediatrics(67.71%),304 neonatal department(19.44%),the highest frequency of use in the age of 03 months and April 2.5 years,accounting for 40.60%and 40.98%respectively.The highest frequency of patients with lower respiratory tract infection(66.18%),and the highest frequency of use was bifidobacterium bifidobacterium(0.5 g)(816 cases,45.03%),among which,the secondary living bacterium subtilis particle DUI>1.0(1.28).Conclusions:The results showed that the use of antibiotics in infancy clinical treatment would cause intestinal flora imbalance,the combined use of regulating intestinal flora imbalance drugs to maintain intestinal flora balance,the use of microecological preparations combined with blue light irradiation could effectively and quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with neonatal jaundice,and the use of seven drugs to regulate intestinal flora disorders in our hospital was basically reasonable and no abuse tendency.
