翻抛机液压系统串并联回路的冲击分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据翻抛机需满足"重载低速,轻载高速"两种行驶条件的要求,设计采用单泵驱动串并联切换的双液压马达开式回路,对行驶回路建立等效力学建模,结果表明:利用履带底盘结构在一定条件下可达到同步行走,设计的回路基本符合工况要求.进一步利用AMESim对串并联切换过程中产生的冲击进行建模仿真分析,研究减缓冲击的效果.分析表明:串并联换向阀频率从80 Hz减小到20 Hz,液压冲击逐步减缓;加入溢流阀或蓄能器都有减缓效果,但蓄能器减缓效果最明显. According to the requirements of"heavy load,low speed,light load,high speed",the open circuit of double hydraulic motor driven by single pump is designed,and it is illustrated that the crawler chassis structure can achieve synchronous walking,and the equivalent mechanical model is established.When analyzing this circuit,it is found that the series-parallel switching process will produce a great impact,which will seriously affect the life of the hydraulic system and components.Further,Amesim modeling is used to simulate the impact,and measures to mitigate the impact are explored through simulation research.The analysis shows that the frequency of the series-parallel reversing valves decreases from 80 Hz to 20 Hz,and the hydraulic impact gradually slows down.The addition of an overflow valve or an accumulator has a moderating effect,but the accumulator has the most moderating effect.
