摘要
液压系统大量采用液压元件和管路,结构较为复杂,故障发生率较高,其中液压冲击是产生系统故障的常见因素之一。本文分析了液压冲击产生的原因及其危害,建立了流体突然停止运动和运动部件突然制动时产生液压冲击的数学计算模型;并针对产生液压冲击的元件和回路提出了控制措施。
A great deal of hydraulic components and pipelines are adopted in hydraulic system. Structure of the hydraulic system is more complicated and the occurrence rate of malfunctions is higher. Hydraulic impact is one of the reasons for the malfunctions of hydraulic system. The reason of hydraulic impact and its harm was analyzed, the mathematic model for the hydraulic impact was set up when the liquid stops moving suddenly and the moving components are applied the brake suddenly. Control measures were put forward for the components and loops which produce the hydraulic impact.
