摘要
针对某滨海抽水泵站工程线路开展水力特性分析,研究不同工况条件下抽水泵站水力特性差异,获得了同等水泵分别在稳态非变频与变频工况下,单泵运行效率与水泵净高间关系;水泵并联对运行效率提升作用,随并联水泵的增多,单泵变频效率的提升更为显著;在水力过渡过程工况下,3台、5台泵运行过程中出现负荷压力及解决措施。获得在同一开、关阀时间下管路压力与开阀角度间关系,开阀角度增大,管路最大压力有所增长;亦获得了同一开阀角度下,开阀时间对管路压力影响特性。论文为研究抽水泵站在多工况运行下其水力特征参数提供参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of a coastal pumping station project pipeline,the relationship between the net height of the pumps,and the effect of parallel connection of pumps on the improvement of operating efficiency has been studied,which is under the steady state both non-frequency conversion and frequency conversion conditions.With the increasing of parallel pump numbers,the efficiency of single pump frequency conversion is more significant.The load pressure during the operation of 3 or 5 pumps is measured under the hydraulic transition process.It concludes that the relationship between the pipeline pressure and the valve opening angle at the same on&off time.The max pressure of pipeline increases with the opening valve angle.The thesis can provide a certain reference for studying the hydraulic characteristic parameters of the pumping station under multiple operating conditions.
