摘要
原油在生产井中采出过程中,往往以乳化液的形式出现。由于原油的乳化,给石油开采、输送和炼制工作带来了许多困难。但是乳化液的治理难度比较大,目前暂时并没有特别有效的治理方法。其中,我国渤海区域内渤中34-2/4油田集输过程中乳化液高达4%,造成油水处理难度增大。针对渤中34-2/4油田的具体情况,此文通过改变制备破乳剂的起始剂种类、起始剂量、m(EO)/m(PO)等因素,最终研发出一种新型的破乳剂YH-15,并成功现场应用,最终大幅度降低渤中34-2/4油田外输原油中乳化液含量,对于后续指导原油乳化液的处理具有重大意义。
In the process of crude oil recovery in production wells,it often appears in the form of emulsion.Due to the emulsification of crude oil,there are many difficulties in oil extraction,transportation and refining.However,the treatment of the emulsion is more difficult,there is no particularly effective treatment methods.Among them,the emulsified liquid is as high as 4%in the gathering process of 34-2/4 Bozhong oilfield in Bohai Sea region,which makes the oil and water treatment more difficult.In view of the specific situation of BZ 34-2/4 oilfield,a new demulsifier YH-15 was developed by changing the factors such as the type of initiator,the initial dosage,and the content of m(EO)/m(PO),finally,the content of emulsified liquid in BZ 34-2/4 oilfield is greatly reduced,which is of great significance to the further treatment of the emulsified liquid.
