摘要
以1,2-丙二醇、四乙烯五胺、多乙烯多胺和酚胺树脂为起始剂合成了一系列环氧聚醚型破乳剂。对破乳剂的支链程度、分子量、EO/PO质量比以及嵌段类型对脱水效果的影响进行了系统研究。结果表明,在一定范围内,破乳剂的支链程度越高,分子量越大,脱水效果越好;同一原油对破乳剂的m(EO)/m(PO)值的要求有一定的确定性,只有当m(EO)/m(PO)值处于或接近最佳值时,才能达到最好的破乳效果;二嵌段与四嵌段破乳剂脱水率较高,无规均聚破乳剂脱水较快,三嵌段破乳剂脱出水色较清;酚胺树脂型破乳剂对稠油有良好的破乳作用。
A series of demulsifiers were prepared by alkoxylating 1,2-propanediol, tetraethylenepentamine, polyethylene polyamine and phenolamine resin with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. Influences of branch-chain degree, average molecular weight, m (EO)/ m(PO) value and block type on the effect of demulsification have been studied systemically. Conclusions were drawn as follows. Within certain scope, demulsifiers with many branch-chains and large average molecular could demulsify crude oil better than those with little branch-chains and small average molecular. Certain crude oil system requires certain optimal m (EO)/m(PO) value of demulsifies. Two blocks polyether and four blocks polyether have high water removal capabilities. Heteric polyether could dehydrate fast. Water phase separated by three blocks polyether could be very clear. Polyoxyalkylene compounds by utilizing phenolamine resin in combination with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide are effective to demulsify dense crude oil.
