树枝状胺基聚合物(AAP)的界面性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 以10%孤岛原油模拟油为油相,蒸馏水为水相,研究了树枝状胺基聚合物(AAP)支化代和浓度对油水界面张力和界面剪切黏度的影响。结果表明,AAP可降低水的表面张力和油水界面张力。随着AAP浓度的增加,水溶液表面张力降低。半代AAP水溶液的表面张力随支化代的增加而降低。在整代AAP浓度低于50 mg/L时,随着支化代的增加,水的表面张力降低;当浓度大于50 mg/L时,由于空间位阻效应,3.0G AAP水溶液的表面张力高于2.0G AAP水溶液。随着AAP支化代、浓度的增加,油水界面张力降低。AAP使油水界面剪切黏度大幅降低。在剪切速率为0.3 rad/s时,界面剪切黏度降至最低,约0.015 mN.s/m(空白值为0.017 mN.s/m)。AAP浓度的增加有利于界面剪切黏度的降低。 Using 10% modeling crude oil as oil phase and distilled water as water phase,the effects of arborization amido polymer(AAP) on the interfacial tension and shear viscosity of oil-water interface were researched.The results showed that the surface tension of water and interfacial tension of oil-water could be reduced by AAP.The surface tension of the water solution decreased with increasing concentration of AAP.And that of half generation AAP production reduced greatly with increasing branched generation.When the concentration of whole generation AAP was lower than 50 mg/L,the water surface tension reduced along with the increase of concentration.However,when the concentration was larger than 50 mg/L,the surface tension of 3.0G AAP water solution was higher than that of 2.0G AAP due to the change of structure.The interfacial tension of oil-water decreased with increasing concentration and branched generation of AAP.The interface shear viscosity could be largely decreased by AAP which dropt from 0.017 mN · s/m to 0.015 mN · s/m with shearing rate of 0.3 rad/s.The increase of AAP concentration helped to reduce the shear viscosity.
