摘要
针对平煤矿区煤矿综采设备传动介质造成过滤器堵管、支架锈蚀、跑冒滴漏等现象影响井下环境和正常生产的技术难题,通过分析矿区整体水质分析、复合添加剂的配比、润滑试验的方法,研制出了一种适合平煤矿区液压支架综采设备用绿色新型稳定传动介质。通过分析平煤各矿区配液水水质,确定了浓缩液配比参数(pH值、硬度、SO42-、Cl-)等,实现了绿色超稳定生产,满足了平顶山地区复杂水质的广泛适应性,解决了多年来困扰生产中不断拆装清洗滤网、闸阀阻塞、成本增加、环境污染等技术难题。同时为平煤矿区提供有针对性的介质产品,保证矿用设备持续正常运转,降低矿区的用油成本,对于指导平煤矿区综采设备正确地选择和应用液压传动介质具有重要的指导意义。
For leveling mining area coal mine fully mechanized equipment transmission medium filter plugging pipe bracket corrosion phenomenon such as PaoMaoDiLou impact downhole environment and the normal production of technical problems,the ratio of mining area overall water quality analysis of composite additive lubrication test method were analysed,and a kind of green new stable transmission mediumsuitable for fully mechanized mining equipment of hydraulic support in Pingdingshan coal mining area was developed.Based on the analysis of the water quality of the liquid distribution water in Pingdingshan coal mining area,the parameters of the concentrate ratio(pH value,hardness,SO42-、Cl-)were determined.It has realized the green and super stable production,met the wide adaptability of the complex water quality in Pingdingshan area,and solved the technical problems such as the continuous disassembly and cleaning of the filter screen,the blocking of the gate valve,the increase of the cost,the environmental pollution and so on.At the same time,it provides targeted media products for Pingshan coal mine area to ensure the continuous normal operation of mining equipment and reduce the oil cost of the mining area,which is of great significance to guide the comprehensive mining equipment in Pingshan coal mine area to correctly select and apply hydraulic transmission media.
