摘要
以四乙烯五胺作为起始剂,与环氧丙烷(PO)反应后,再与不同量的环氧乙烷(EO)反应,得到三种聚醚破乳剂,再分别与己二酸反应,得到扩链改性后的三种破乳剂。用三种不同类型的原油对六种破乳剂进行了脱水性能实验。实验表明,对不同的原油环氧乙烷的比例及己二酸改性是影响脱水性能的两个因素。
Three polyether demulsifiers were synthesized by tetraethylene penamine, propylene oxide (PO) and different quantity ethylene oxide (EO), And three chain-extending demulsifiers were prepared by polyether modified with hexanedioie acid. The dehydration performance of polyether demulsifiers and modified demulsifiers were measured. The experiments showed that the EO proportion and the modification by hexanedioic acid were both influence factors on the dehydration oerformance for different oil.
