PBL与PBL/CBL教学模式在神经外科教学中的对比研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨基于问题的教学模式(PBL)与PBL联合以病例为导向的教学模式(CBL)在神经外科教学中的应用效果。方法以神经外科实习生为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用PBL教学,试验组采用PBL/CBL教学。比较两组学生的考核成绩,对教学效果的评价等。结果试验组的理论知识、病历书写和病例分析考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);在教学效果评价方面,试验组中赞同PBL/CBL教学模式具有提升临床思维能力、主动学习能力、获取信息能力、团队协作能力人数占比高于对照组(P<0.05),认为PBL/CBL教学模式具有教学价值的人数占比也高于对照组(P<0.05)。对教学满意度调查方面,试验组满意率为100%,优于对照组的53.3%。结论与PBL教学模式相比,PBL/CBL教学模式能更大程度地启发学生的自主学习、探索问题的精神,更好地培养其发现临床问题、解决临床问题的临床实践和决策能力。 Objective The study was designed to explore effect of Problem Based Learning(PBL)and PBL combined with Case Based Learning(CBL)teaching model on neurosurgery teaching.Methods The research was conducted in medical interns who practiced in department of neurosurgery.The students were randomly divided intocontrol group and study group.The control was taught by PBL teaching model and the study group was taught by PBL/CBL teaching model.The teaching effect and teaching process were evaluated by the combination of test and questionnaire survey.Results In the assessment,PBL/CBL group was superior to the PBL group(P<0.05).And,more students agree with that PBL/CBL teaching model provides better teaching effect than PBL teaching methods.In the satisfactionsurvey,the satisfaction rate of PBL/CBL group was 100%,whichwas obviously better than that of the PBL group(53.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL/CBL teaching model can inspire students’spirit for self-learning and exploration ofproblems to a greater extent and finally better develop their clinical practice and decisionmaking ability of finding problems andthen solving them in clinical work.
