摘要
目的了解并比较我院临床医学五年制和临床医学八年制专业学生对混合式教学中线上教学中学生角色转换和接受度的情况。方法2021年2—7月我院医学影像学教研室采用线上与线下混合式教学,教学结束后采用横断式调查法,对中南大学湘雅医学院135名临床医学五年制学生和34名临床医学八年制学生为研究对象,以问卷星的形式,调查学生在教学期间对于线上教学学习工具、学习经验、在线学习接受度的情况,以及对比两组的考试成绩。结果169名学生中共收集到154份有效答卷,临床医学五年制和临床医学八年制学生均比较适应线上教学方式,包括线上学习平台,网上教师-学生互动模式,两组均认为线上学习较线下灵活性高。八年制学生期末考试成绩高于五年制学生。在加入思政元素之后,两个专业的学生均认为明显提高了自己的职业素养(80.0%vs.79.4%)。调查发现线上教学最大的障碍在于外界环境的干扰(18.8%)和网络故障(10.5%)。结论线上教学是特殊时期维系教学工作的重要方式,正确合理利用这种方式,并在教学中加入思政元素,使用多种教学方式,全面有序开展教学活动,可实现医学影像学远程教学的全流管控和良好教学效果。
Objective To understand the degree of role transformation and acceptance of online learning of medical imaging in clinical medical students in online and offline Hybrid Teaching of medical imaging.Methods We adopted online and offline mixed teaching model in Medical imaging teaching from February to July,2021.After the semester,the cross-sectional survey is carried out by online questionnaire among 135 five-year and 34 eight-year medical students majored in clinical medicine in Xiangya Medical College,Central South University,and compare their test scores in final examination.Results Both five-year medical students and eight-year medical students have adapted to this online learning approach,including the platform for learning content and the teacher-student interaction model,the two groups consider online learning to be highly flexible.Eight-year students scored higher on the final exam than five-year students,and students in both majors reported significant improvement in their professionalism in terms of ideological and political elements(80.0%vs.79.4%).The survey found that the obstacles to online learning are external environment interferences(18.8%)and faulty networks(10.5%).Conclusion Online teaching is an important way to maintain teaching work during special period.Correct and reasonable use of this teach way,combining with ideological and political elements and variety of teaching methods can achieve a good teaching effect in online teaching of medical imaging.
