摘要
目的探究《医学伦理学》带教中采用融入思政元素的PBL(基于问题学习)教学模式的应用效果。方法选取2017级临床医学专业五年制学生35名并将其纳为研究对象,组内所有学生开展《医学伦理学》教学,教学模式为融入思政元素的PBL教学模式。课程结束后采用教师团队自制问卷对其进程问卷调查,并对其进行教学考核。问卷调查内容包括自主学习能力、团队协作能力、临床思维能力、精神触动、学习效率、教学满意度等。结果入组学生课程结束后理论成绩及教师对其道德层面评分分别为(91.13±2.46)分、(90.42±2.15)分;满意度调查表结果显示入组学生对教学满意度为85.7%(30/35);问卷调查结果显示入组学生自主学习能力(9.12±0.83)分、团队协作能力(9.17±0.36)分、临床思维能力(9.42±0.25)分、精神触动(9.21±0.31)分、学习效率(8.93±1.14)分。结论在《医学伦理学》教学中开展融入思政元素的PBL教学模式优势明显,不仅可提高学生考核成绩,同时可提高其各项学习能力及对教学服务的满意度,具有进一步推广使用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL(problem-based learning)teaching mode incorporating ideological and political elements in the teaching of Medical Ethics.Methods 35 students of 5-year clinical medicine major in 2017 were selected and included as research objects.All students in the group were taught medical Ethics,and the teaching mode was PBL teaching mode incorporating ideological and political elements.At the end of the course,the teacher team made a questionnaire to investigate the progress of the course,and to carry out teaching assessment.The questionnaire includes self-learning ability,teamwork ability,clinical thinking ability,spiritual touch,learning efficiency,teaching satisfaction and so on.Results At the end of the course,the students'theoretical scores and the teachers'moral level scores were respectively(91.13±2.46)points and(90.42±2.15)points.The results of the satisfaction questionnaire show that the teaching satisfaction of the enrolled students is 85.7%(30/35).The questionnaire results showed that the enrolled students scored(9.12±0.83)points for autonomous learning ability,(9.17±0.36)points for teamwork ability,(9.42±0.25)points for clinical thinking ability,(9.21±0.31)points for spiritual stimulation and(8.93±1.14)points for learning efficiency.Conclusion The PBL teaching mode incorporating ideological and political elements in the teaching of Medical Ethics has obvious advantages,which can not only improve students'assessment scores,but also improve their learning ability and satisfaction with teaching services,and has further popularization value.
