CBL与PBL相结合教学模式在临床药学教学中的实践 被引量:23

摘要 随着临床药学在校教育和毕业后规范化培养的推进,传统的理论授课和病例讨论、模拟会诊等互动式教学难以满足临床药学教学要求,需要探索更适合的新教学模式。CBL和PBL教学法都是以学生为主体,以小组讨论为主要形式的教学法,区别在于CBL是以案例为导向的教学,而PBL是以问题为导向的教学。CBL/PBL相结合的床旁教学方法能将理论学习和临床实践进一步有机结合,能更大程度地启发学生的自主学习、探索问题的精神,更好地培养其发现问题、解决问题的临床思维和决策能力。 With the promotion of school education and standardized training after graduation,the interactive teaching such as traditional theoretical teaching,case discussion and simulation consultation is difficult to meet so differentially clinical condition about clinical pharmacy.Both of teaching methods are student-centered and group cooperated.Their differences are that CBL is case-oriented teaching while PBL is problem-oriented teaching.Bedside teaching practice in combination of CBL/PBL can further combine theoretical learning with clinical practice,inspire students’spirit for self-learning and exploration of problems to a greater extent and finally better develop their clinical thinking and decision-making ability of finding problems and then solving them in clinical work.
