马香苓口服液制备工艺的优化 被引量:2

Optimization of preparation technology of Maxiangling oral liquid

摘要 为优化马香苓口服液的制备工艺,并最终确定其制备路线,采用水蒸气蒸馏法和水煎提取法两种提取工艺,使用L9(34)正交试验法设计考察加水量、浸泡时间、蒸馏时间、煎煮次数和煎煮时间等影响因素,并计算挥发油得率、浸膏得率、百秋李醇和白术内酯Ⅲ的含量,同时考察了静置温度和静置时间对澄清度的影响和助溶剂吐温-80的用量。经过直接观察、极差分析和方差分析,确定了药材挥发油的最佳提取工艺为加10倍水,浸泡1 h,蒸馏8 h;水煎煮提取的最佳工艺为加12倍水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h;药液冷藏静置12 h,以4000 r/min离心15 min澄清度最好,1.5%吐温-80与挥发油先乳化,再与其他药物混合,可使挥发油完全溶解;最终经过调节pH、加防腐剂等便可得到成品的马香苓口服液。本研究方法准确稳定,简便可行,能够很好地制备马香苓口服液,同时本研究也为该制剂质量控制提供了一种有效的方法。 To optimize the preparation process of Maxiangling oral liquid,and determine the preparation route,Maxiangling oral liquid was prepared that using steaming distillation and water extracting.Firstly,the L9(34)orthogonal test was used to investigate the factors such as the amount of water,soaking time,the time of distillation,the times of decocting and the time of decocting.Then,the yield of the essential oil and the extract were determined,the content of patchouli alcohol and atractylenolidesⅢwere determined.Thirdly,the effects of static temperature and the time of clarity were investigated.Finally,the addition of cosolvent dosage Tween-80 was investigated.Through the direct observation,range analysis and variance analysis,the optimum technology of extracting volatile oil was 10 times of water,soaking for 1 hour and distilling for 8 hours.The best extraction process of decocting medicinal herbs were 12 times of water,decocting for 3 times,each time for 1.5 hours.The Maxiangling oral liquid was refrigerated for 12 hours,it was clarified the best effect when it was used that the centrifuge was 4000 r/min for 15 minutes.Interestingly,firstly,1.5%Tween-80 and volatile oil were used for emulsification,and then they were mixed with other oral liquids.Thirdly,the volatile oil is dissolved completely in Maxiangling oral liquid.Finally,adjusting the p H,adding preservatives,etc.,we can get the finished Maxiangling oral liquid.The method is accurate,stable,convenient and feasible.The method can be used to prepare Maxiangling oral liquid,this method also provides an effective method for the quality control of the preparation.
