摘要
为研究复方藿香口服液对热应激条件下肉鸡血液生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响,选取10日龄雌性肉鸡80只,随机将其均分为A、B、C、D共4组,其中A、B、C组饮水中分别添加终体积浓度为0.5、1.0、2.0mL/L的复方藿香口服液,D组为热应激对照组,正常饮水。于试验第14天检测肉鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性浓度、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性浓度以及血糖(GLU)浓度等生化指标,第14、28天检测血清、肝T-AOC、SOD活性浓度、GSH-Px活性浓度和MDA浓度。结果显示,与对照组相比,在第14天A、B、C组血清ALT活性浓度、GLU浓度以及抗氧化指标(T-AOC、GSH-Px活性浓度、MDA浓度)均极显著降低(P<0.01)。在第28天A、B、C组血清T-AOC、MDA浓度均降低,其中A组分别极显著或显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),血清SOD活性浓度降低。与对照组相比,在第14天A、B、C组试验肉鸡肝组织中TAOC、SOD活性浓度和MDA浓度均降低,B、C组GSH-Px活性浓度极显著降低(P<0.01)。在第28天A、B、C组肝组织T-AOC均显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,在饮水中添加复方藿香口服液能不同程度改善热应激对肉鸡血液相关生化指标及机体抗氧化功能的不良影响。
To examine the effect of the compound Pogostemon oral solution on blood biochemistry,antioxidant performance in broilers under heat stress,80 female 10-day-old broilers were randomly divided into four groups.The groups A,B and C were watered with 0.5,1.0,and 2.0mL/L of the compound Pogostemonoral solution,respectively,and the control group(Group D)was watered normally.Indexes of blood biochemistry were detected on the 14 th day of the experiment,and the activities of T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA of serum and liver homogenate were detected on the 14 th and 28 th day of the experiment,respectively.As the result,compared with the control group,both the levels of ALT,GLU,T-AOC,GSH-Px and MDA of serum were extremely significantly decreased in groups A,B and C on the 14 th day(P〈0.01).On the 28 th day,the T-AOC and MDA levels of serum in the groups A,B and C were lower compared with the control group,there was very significantly different in the group A(P〈0.01)and significantly different(P〈0.05),respectively,and the SOD of serum decreased.On the 14 th day,the antioxidant indicators of liver of T-AOC,SOD and MDA in the groups A,B and C were decreased,and the GSH-Px contents was extremly significantly decreased in the groups B and C(P〈0.01).On the 28 th day,the T-AOC contents in liver of the groups A,B and C were significantly lower compared with the control group(P〈0.05).The results showed that the compound Pogostemon oral solution adding in some dosage of the compound with water could improve the adverse effects of the index of blood biochemistry and antioxidant function of broilers under heat stress.
