摘要
目的:优选红参的水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1、Re含量和干膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,以浸泡时间、提取次数、提取时间和加水量4个因素设计L9(34)正交试验,优选红参的最佳水提工艺,并进行验证。结果:红参最佳水提工艺为加8倍量水,浸泡30min,提取3次,每次0.5h。验证试验的干膏得率均值为56.47%、人参皂苷Rg1的含量均值为0.1977%、人参皂苷Re的含量均值为0.1045%、人参皂苷Rb1的含量均值为0.2025%,各指标的RSD均小于3%。结论:优选的水提工艺稳定可行,可为红参的相关制剂研究提供依据。
Objective:To optimize the water extraction technology of Red ginseng.Methods:Taking the comprehensive score of the content of ginsenoside Rg;,Rb;and Re and the dry extract yield as evaluation indexes.Taking soaking time,extraction times,extraction time and water addition as influence factors,L;(3;)orthogonal test was designed to optimize the optimal extraction process of red ginseng,and a verification test was performed.Results:The optimal water extraction process of Red ginseng was soaked in 8 times of water for 30 min and extracted for 3 times,0.5 heach time.The average dry extract yield,ginsenoside Rg;content,ginsenoside Rb;content and ginsenoside Re content of the verification experiment were 56.47%,0.1977%,0.1045%and 0.2025%respectively,and the RSDof each index was less than 3%.Conclusion:The optimized water extraction process is stable and feasible,which can provide the basis for further preparation development of Red ginseng.
