摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定催情助孕液中总黄酮的含量。以淫羊藿苷为对照品，甲醇作空白对照，在270 nm处测定其吸光度，计算总黄酮含量。结果表明，淫羊藿苷在1.68~10.08μg/mL内线性关系良好，相关系数为0.9995，总黄酮平均回收率为99.29%，为1.20%。催情助孕液中总黄酮含量为1.3179%。采用紫外分光光度法测定催情助孕液中总黄酮的含量，操作快速、简便、准确，适用于催情助孕液中总黄酮含量的测定。
To determine the content of total flavonoids in Cuiqingzhuyun solution,icariin was used as standard solution and methanol was used as blank solution to measure the absorbance of the sample solution at 270 nm with UV spectophotometry. The results showed that the linear range for the content of icariin was 1.68~10.08μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 5. The average recovery of total flavonoids was 99.29% and RSD was 1.20%. The content of total flavonids of Cuiqingzhuyun solution was 1.317 9%. It is indicated that method of determining of total flavonoids in Cuiqingzhuyun solution with UV spectrophotometry was rapid, accurate, convenient and practical.
