摘要
文章利用概念分析法、比较研究法、文献调查法,对管理学方法与经济学方法间差异、趋同进行对比探究,并从知识积累、行为归纳、经验检验三个方面入手,对管理学和经济学两者方法的借鉴融合进行分析和阐述。通过分析和借鉴管理学方法和经济学方法之间的融合贯通,进而得出结论,即对于管理学方法来说,其更加偏重于用多元化方式解决现实问题,对过程的效率性、结果实质性更为看重;而经济学方法注重概括性、抽象性、完美性数学演示和理论阐述,通过管理学方法与经济学方法间的借鉴融合,对解决当前经济困境有重要意义。
Research purpose:To understand the essence of reference and integration between management methods and economic methods.Research methods:By using the methods of concept analysis,comparative research and literature investigation,this paper makes a comparative study of the differences and convergence between management methods and economic methods,and briefly expounds the process of reference and integration of management methods and economic methods from three aspects of knowledge accumulation,behavior induction and experience test.Research results:Through the analysis of the reference and integration of management methods and economic methods,it is concluded that management methods focus on diversified ways to solve practical problems,pay attention to process efficiency and result substantiality,economic methods focus on generality,abstraction and perfection of mathematical demonstration and theoretical explanation,through the reference and integration of management methods and economic methods It can effectively solve the current economic distress.
