摘要
旨在探讨关于我国涉及人的生物医学研究管理规范的问题。通过对比国内外相关文献及管理措施,发现我国相关法律制度不完善、伦理执行有漏洞、行政管理缺位,折射出我国传统文化对于管理态度的影响以及社会发展过程中功利心对道德底线的冲击。因此在改进关于我国涉及人的生物医学研究管理规范时不仅仅要从客观方面完善法律制度、加强伦理执行以及行政管理,更重要的是从主观方面转变管理态度、提高研究者道德修养。
The purpose of this study is to explore the problems in die management of biomedical research involving human subjects in China.By comparing with foreign relevant literatures and management measures,there are some problems reflected in imperfect legal system,loopholes in ethical execution and absence of administrative management in China.However,at a deep level,these problems also reflect the influence of Chinese traditional culture on management attitude and the impact of utilitarianism on moral limit in the process of social development.So,while improving the management of biomedical research involving human subjects in China,we should not only perfect the legal system,strengthen ethical implementation and construction of administrative management objectively,but also change the management attitude and improve the moral accomplishment of researchers from the subjective aspect.
