摘要
随着中医药现代化进程的发展,中医药临床研究的现实需求增加对中医药临床研究的伦理审查提出了更高的要求。中医药临床研究伦理审查在我国起步较晚,近些年积累了一定的实践经验。实践经验表明,当前中医药临床研究伦理审查仍存在审查标准宽泛以致重程序轻中医药相关内容、伦理委员会职能发挥欠缺、监管处罚机制不到位的问题。试分析问题成因,针对成因提供建议措施,以期对完善中医药临床研究伦理审查制度有所帮助。
With the development of TCM modernization, the increasing practical demands of TCM clinical research put forward higher requirements for the ethical review of TCM clinical research. The ethical review of TCM clinical research started late in China and has accumulated some practical experience in recent years. The practical experience shows that there are still problems in the current ethical review of clinical research of TCM, such as the broad examination standards which led to put more attention to procedures than TCM, the insufficient functions of ethics committees, and the inadequate supervision and punishment mechanism. The authors tried to analyze the causes of the problems, and provide corresponding suggestions based on the causes, in order to improve the ethical review system for TCM clinical research.
