摘要
绿原酸是植物在有氧呼吸过程中经莽草酸途径形成的苯丙素类化合物,具有抗菌、抗病毒、保肝利胆、降血压、清除自由基等生理功能。近年来越来越多的科学家将其作为研究活性物质的焦点之一。综述绿原酸的分布、理化性质、提取方式和常用的检测方法、生物活性及应用领域等研究进展,为绿原酸的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
Chlorogenic acid was a phenylpropanoid compound formed by shikimic acid pathway in plants during aerobic respiration,which has many physiological functions,such as antibiosis,antiviral,protecting liver and gall bladder,lowering blood pressure,scavenging free radicals,etc.In recent years,more and more scientists regard it as one of the focuses of studying active substances.The distribution,physical and chemical properties,extraction methods,detection methods,biological activities and application fields of chlorogenic acid were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide theoretical basis for further development and utilization of chlorogenic acid.
