多基原藏药普尔那抗炎活性成分比较研究

摘要 目的:多基原藏药普尔那是常用抗炎药,比较不同基原植物中抗炎活性成分绿原酸、芹菜素的含量,为藏医临床的科学选药、用药提供依据。方法:建立藏药普尔那中有效成分的HPLC含量测定方法。结果:普尔那的基原植物为菊科植物结血蒿和唇形科植物川藏香茶菜。结血蒿中绿原酸、芹菜素的含量高于川藏香茶菜,其茎中绿原酸的含量为1404.33μg/g,约为川藏香茶菜茎的16倍;叶中含量1338.61μg/g,约为川藏香茶菜叶的23倍;叶中芹菜素的含量为1040.24μg/g,约为茎含量的8倍;川藏香茶菜茎中则未检测到该成分。结论:通过实验数据分析发现,结血蒿中抗炎活性成分含量更高,其抗炎作用可能更好。研究提出了藏医临床消炎时的最优药材选用建议,为藏药材的临床选择、质量标准制订提供了数据支持。 Objective:Multi-source Tibetan medicine Purna is a commonly used anti-inflammatory drug.To compare the contents of chlorogenic acid and apigenin in different original plants,so as to provide the basis for the scientific selection and medication.Methods:A HPLC method was established.Results:The original plants of Purna were Artemisia vestita Wall.ex Bess.and Rabdosia pseudo-Irrorata C.Y.Wu.The contents of chlorogenic acid and apigenin in Artemisia were higher than those in Rabdosia.The content of chorogenic acid in stems was 1404.33μg/g,which was about 16 times than that in Rabdosia.The content in leaves was 1338.61μg/g,which was about 23 times than that in Rabdosia.The content of apigenin in Artemisia leaves was 1040.24μg/g,which was about 8 times than that in stems.The component was not detected in stems of Rabdosia.Conclusion:By analyzing the experimental data,the anti-inflammatory effect of Artemisia may be better than that of Rabdosia.The optimal selection of medicinal materials is proposed,which provides data support for the clinical selection and quality standard formulation of Tibetan medicine.
