摘要
目的:对藏药贝嘎不同基原药材的挥发油成分及相对含量进行比较分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以气质联用技术对藏药贝嘎不同基原药材的挥发油成分进行分析和鉴定,计算各组分的相对百分含量。结果:作为藏药贝嘎入药的乳香、琥珀、娑罗树树脂、白芸香挥发油得率分别为3.2%、1.5%、1.8%、1.2%;乳香挥发油中共分析鉴定出26个化学成分;琥珀挥发油中共分析鉴定出25个化学成分;娑罗树树脂挥发油中共分析鉴定出38个化学成分;白芸香挥发油中共鉴定出38个化学成分。检测出4个共有成分,分别为芥酸酰胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,2′-亚甲基双-(4-甲基+-6-叔丁基苯酚)、棕榈酸,各成分的含量不同。结论:作为藏药贝嘎入药的乳香、琥珀、娑罗树树脂、白芸香挥发油中主要成分组成及相对含量差异较大,共有成分较少。该研究为藏药贝嘎的品种整理和临床科学选药提供了一定的数据支持。
Objective:To compare and analyze the volatile oil components and relative contents of Tibetan medicine Bega.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.The volatile oil components of different original medicinal materials of Tibetan medicine Begawere analyzed and identified by GC-MS,and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated.Results:The yield of volatile oil of Boswellia carterii Birdw,Ambrum,Shorea robusta Gaertn resin and Liquidambar formosana Hance as Tibetan medicine was 3.2%,1.5%,1.8%and 1.2%respectively;A total of 26chemical constituents were identified from the essential oil of Boswellia carterii Birdw;A total of 25 chemical components were identified from the volatile oil of Ambrum,38from the volatile oil of Shorea robusta Gaertn resin and 38from the volatile oil of Liquidambar formosana Hance.4common components were detected,namely erucic acid amide,2,6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol,2,2′-methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-t-butylphenol)and palmitic acid.The contents of each component were different.Conclusion:The main components and relative contents of the volatile oil of Boswellia carterii Birdw,Ambrum,Shorea robusta Gaertn resin and Liquidambar formosana Hance,which are used as Tibetan medicine Bega,vary greatly,with few common components.This study provides some data support for the variety sorting and clinical scientific drug selection of Tibetan medicine Bega.
