摘要
习近平国有企业改革发展思想紧紧围绕新时代为何坚持和发展国有企业、发展什么样的国有企业、怎样发展国有企业等重大问题,形成了一套以新时代国有企业的地位和作用、改革发展方向、改革发展目标、改革发展重点、改革发展主体、改革发展方法论、改革发展方针等为核心的科学理论体系,对进一步深化国有企业改革、完善中国特色现代国有企业制度、做强做优做大国企国资、坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度具有重要的理论贡献和实践价值。深入理解习近平国有企业改革发展思想的内在逻辑,有利于更准确地把握国有企业改革发展规律、增强改革发展定力、凝聚改革发展共识、形成改革发展合力。
Xi Jin-ping’s thoughts on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises is closely related to the major problems that why we need to keep to and develop state-owned enterprises,develop what kind of state-owned enterprises and how to develop state-owned enterprises in the new era.It has formed a set of scientific theoretical system on the reform and development of the state-owned enterprises that includes the position and role,the reform and development orientation,the reform and development goals,the reform and development priorities,the main body of reform and development,the methodology of reform and development,and the reform and development policy,which has important theoretical contribution and practical value for further deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,improving the system of modern state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics,strengthening,optimizing and expanding the state-owned enterprises,keeping to and improving the basic socialist economic system.An in-depth understanding of the internal logic of Xi Jin-ping’s thoughts on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises will help us more accurately grasp the law of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,enhance the firm belief on the reform and development,consolidate the consensus of reform and development,and form the resultant force of reform and development.
