摘要
针对漳村矿2105综放工作面初次回采时老顶较难垮落,容易在采空区形成大面积悬顶的工程问题,在理论计算顶板最大处理高度和预裂前顶板岩层钻孔窥视的基础上,现场打设爆破钻孔实施了顶板深孔预裂,通过对比预裂前后的支架工作阻力和预裂后顶板岩层钻孔窥视综合判断得出:此次顶板深孔预裂达到了工程实施目的,并带来一定的顶煤回收和社会效益。
In view of the engineering problem of the old roof in the first mining of 2105 fully mechanized caving face in Zhang-cun Coal Mine,it is easy to form a large area suspended roof.Based on the theoretical calculation of the maximum treatment height of the roof and the drilling of the roof rock before the cracking,the deep hole of the roof was carried out by blasting and drilling.By comparing the working resistance of the bracket before and after the cracking,it was concluded that the deep hole cracking of the roof reached the project implementation purpose,and bring certain top coal recovery and social benefits.
