特厚煤层综放面初采水压预裂弱化顶板现场试验研究

摘要 针对坚硬顶板下特厚煤层综放工作面在初采阶段顶煤、顶板难以自行垮落造成的采空区悬顶面积大、漏风严重,以及悬顶突然大面积垮落带来的冲击力对设备和人员造成危害和初采期顶煤回收困难等问题,提出了初采水压预裂弱化顶板的技术方案,通过理论分析、数值计算和现场矿压监测等方法,对比实施水压预裂和未水压预裂综放工作面初次来压数据,分析了初采水压预裂对特厚煤层综放面坚硬顶板及时垮落的影响。结果表明,深孔水压预裂使61601综放面的老顶初次来压步距从61m缩短为50m,增加了煤炭回收率,改善了特厚煤层综放工作面初采期间的安全生产条件。 For the fully mechanized caving face under the hard roof, the top coal and the roof are difficult to fall by themselves in the initial mining stage, and the overhanging area of the goaf is large, the air leakage is serious, and the impact force caused by the sudden large-scale collapse of the suspended roof is The equipment and personnel caused the hazard and the difficulty of recovery of the top coal during the initial mining period, and proposed the technical scheme of the initial mining water pressure pre-cracking weakened roof. Through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and on-site mine pressure monitoring, the hydraulic pre-cracking was compared. The initial pressure data of the unfrozen pre-cracked fully mechanized caving face was analyzed, and the influence of the initial mining water pressure pre-cracking on the timely collapse of the hard roof of the fully thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face was analyzed. The results show that the deep hole hydraulic pre-cracking shortens the initial pressure step of the old roof of 61601 fully mechanized caving face from 61 m to 50 m, which increases the coal recovery rate and improves the safe production conditions during the initial mining of fully mechanized caving face in extra-thick coal seam.
