厚煤层大采高坚硬顶板控制技术与支架适应性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为对庞庞塔矿9-700综放工作面坚硬顶板进行有效控制,防止压架现象的出现,通过对工作面地质情况进行分析,确定采用超前深孔松动爆破技术对坚硬顶板进行控制,并在松动爆破后持续对工作面液压支架进行观测,验证松动爆破的效果及现有支架的适应性。结果表明:工作面进行超前松动爆破后深孔后初次来压步距约为21~23m,周期来压步距的范围为18~22m,为工作面安全生产提供保障,且现有支架符合工作面的生产要求。 In order to effectively control the hard roof of 9-700 fully mechanized caving face of Pangpangta coal industry and prevent the occurrence of pressure frame phenomenon,By analyzing the geological condition of working face,it is determined that the hard roof is controlled by advanced deep hole loose blasting technology,and the hydraulic support of working face is observed continuously after loose blasting,which verifies the effect of loose blasting and the adaptability of the existing support.The results show that the initial step distance is about 21~23m after deep hole blasting,and the range of periodic step distance is 18~22m.Provide guarantee for working face safety production,and the existing supports meet the production requirements of working face.
