摘要
为解决进风井东部车场巷道围岩变形量大问题,通过数值模拟具体分析注浆加固前后锚索支护围岩应力分布及塑性区发育规律,基于巷道围压窥视结果,确定采用浅孔注浆+深孔注浆+全长预应力注浆锚索支护的围岩控制方案,结合巷道具体情况,进行各项参数的设计,并在方案实施后进行表面位移的监测作业。结果表明:深浅孔注浆+全长预应力注浆锚索支护完成后,解决了巷道围岩变形量大的问题,保障了围岩的稳定。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the east of the air intake shaft,numerical simulation was used to analyze the stress distribution of the surrounding rock before and after the grouting reinforcement and the development law of the plastic zone.The surrounding rock control scheme of grouting+deep hole grouting+full-length prestressed grouting anchor cable support,combined with the specific conditions of the roadway,design various parameters,and perform surface displacement monitoring after the implementation of the plan.The results show that after the deep and shallow hole grouting+full length prestressed grouting anchor cable support is completed,the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is solved,and the stability of the surrounding rock is guaranteed.
