摘要 以王家岭煤矿20101工作面胶带巷破碎围岩加固为工程背景,利用数值仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics建立围岩注浆加固的流固耦合模型,确定工程中深浅孔-高低压耦合注浆加固的合理注浆压力.建立平面裂隙岩体模型,揭示耦合注浆加固的作用机理,分析深浅孔-高低压耦合注浆加固与普通注浆加固的不同支护效果;对使用耦合注浆加固的实际工程进行监测分析.针对20101工作面胶带巷开采过程中所面临的超前来压作用下破碎围岩加固的工程问题,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对原支护方式与深浅孔-高低压耦合注浆加固方式的支护效果进行对比分析.结果表明:耦合注浆加固能够更好地控制围岩变形和维持巷道安全. Taking the reinforcement of the broken surrounding rock of the belt roadway in 20101 working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine as engineering background, the fluid-solid coupling model of surrounding rock grouting was established by numerical simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics, and the reasonable grouting pressure of deep and shallow hole-high and low pressure(DSH-HLP) coupling grouting in engineering was determined. A plane fractured rock mass model was built to reveal the mechanism of coupled grouting and to analyze the different supporting effects between DSH-HLP coupling grouting, and the common grouting. The actual engineering using the coupled grouting reinforcement process was monitored and analyzed. In order to discuss the reinforcement of broken surrounding rock in the belt roadway under the action of advancing pressure in the process of mining 20101 working face, the FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to compare and analyze the support effect between the original support method and DSH-HLP coupling grouting method. The results show that the coupled grouting process can better control the surrounding rock deformation and maintain the safety of the roadway.
