摘要
循环水处理采用电化学技术可提升水质,实现节水减排。阴、阳电极在直流电场下发生化学反应,阴极捕集水中硬度离子实现阻垢,阳极产生强氧化基团促进缓蚀,循环水在反应室内交替通过高、低PH值区域,使菌藻生存环境剧烈变化,实现杀菌功能。从电化学技术应用案例的运行效果来看,循环水系统无需投加缓蚀阻垢剂和杀菌剂,各项水质控制指标均满足国家标准,几乎不进行排污置换,循环水系统高浓缩倍数运行(≥8.0),系统补水率降低了0.25%,节约新鲜水量为13.8×10^4t/a,直接经济效益97万元/a。
Electrochemical technology can improve the quality of circulating water and achieve water saving and emission reduction.The cathode traps hardness ions in the water,play a role in scale inhibition,and the anode generates strong oxidizing groups to promote corrosion inhibition.The circulating water passes through the high and low PH value areas alternately in the reaction room,which makes the living environment of bacteria and algae change dramatically and realizes the sterilization function.According to the operation effect of electrochemical technology application cases,circulating water system run without adding the corrosion scale inhibitor and bactericide,all water quality indexes meet the national standards,and there is almost no fresh water replacement.The operation of high-concentration rate(≥8.0)Of the circulating water system is achieved,the rate of make-up water is decreased by 0.25%,and 138,000 ton of fresh water saved annually,the direct profits per year is more than RMB¥970000.
