翅片参数对风冷蒸发复合型横流闭式冷却塔换热性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用Matlab软件模拟了冷却塔内冷却水、空气及喷淋水之间的热湿交换过程,对风冷蒸发复合型横流闭式冷却塔内的翅片管参数进行了研究,探讨了翅片间距、翅片厚度、翅片高度对复合型横流闭式冷却塔换热性能的影响。结果表明:随着翅片间距的增大,翅片管总传热系数及翅片管单位面积换热量增加,但冷却塔出口水温升高,冷却塔效率降低;翅片厚度的增加使得翅片管总传热系数及单位面积换热量增加,而对冷却水出口温度及冷却塔效率影响较小;翅片高度越大,翅片管总传热热系数及单位面积换热量越小,流出冷却塔的水温越低,冷却塔效率越大。 In order to study the effect of different parameters of fin tube on the air-cooled evaporative composite cross-flow closed cooling tower,the heat exchange process in the tower was programmed by Matlab software to study the effect of fin spacing,fin thickness and fin height on the heat transfer performance of composite cross-flow closed cooling tower.The results show that the total heat transfer coefficient and heat exchange per unit area of finned tube increase with the increase of fin spacing,but the cooling water outlet temperature increases and the cooling tower efficiency decreases.With the increase of fin thickness,the total heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer per unit area of finned tube increase,while the cooling water outlet temperature and cooling tower efficiency are basically not affected.The greater the fin height,the smaller the heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer per unit area of the fin tube,the lower the cooling water outlet temperature and the greater the cooling tower efficiency.
