摘要
针对传统的药剂投加法处理循环水系统存在加药费用高、排放废水污染环境等问题,采用电化学方法对循环水系统进行了节能改造。对比了药剂投加法和电化学法的工艺特点,介绍了电化学处理循环水技术的工作原理。结合山焦循环水处理系统实际情况,确定了电化学处理循环水的最经济方案。运行结果表明,采用电化学处理循环水,不需投加化学药剂;处理后的循环水,水质可达到工业循环冷却水处理设计规范要求;浓缩倍数由2提高到6,可节水38.4 m3/h,经济效益明显。
With reference to the problems of circulating water treatment using the traditional dosing method, such as high dosing cost and environmental pollution from discharged waste water, electrochemical process was adopted to have energy saving renovation on the circulating water system. The process features of dosing method and electrochemical method were compared. And the working principle of the circulating water electrochemical treatment was introduced in the paper. Based on the actual situation of Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd., the most economical scheme of electrochemical treatment of circulating water was determined. The results showed that electrochemical method treating circulating water did not need to add any chemicals,and its water quality could meet the requirement of industrial circulating cooling water treatment design specification. The concentration ratio increased from 2 to 6, and it could save 38.4 m^3 water per hour, so a very obvious economic benefit had been achieved.
