摘要
本文针对水冷换热设备运行过程中的内壁结垢,分析了水垢形成的原因和除垢的电化学机理,设计了一种用合金材料构成的防垢除垢设备,通过试验验证此方式可行。
Aimed at wall fouling in water-cooling heat exchanging device, this paper analyzes the reason of lime-scale forming and the mechanism of electrochemical descaling, and designs a device with a kind of alloy to prevent deposit and scaling. Experiment verifies the availability of alloy.
