摘要 中央空调冷水机组运行过程中会在循环水系统的换热管内产生积垢现象,降低传热效率。目前,循环水系统主要采用传统的化学、物理方法阻垢除垢,但存在停机、污染、腐蚀等缺点;介绍了清洗球自动清洗和螺旋纽带阻垢强化换热等阻垢除垢新技术,这些新技术能实现在线阻垢和除垢,无污染,能提高中央空调冷水机组的换热效率。 In the running process of central air-conditioning, scale is formed in the heat exchanger of chillers, and it will decrease the heat transferring efficiency. Generally, the scale is inhibited and removed by conventional physical methods and chemical methods. But these methods have some disadvantages, such as stopping mainframe, pollution and corroding the piping system etc. Two new methods of scale inhibition and scale removing, automatic removing scale with refreshing balls and scale inhibition with twisted strip, are introduced. These methods can inhibit and remove scale on-linc without pollution, and increase the heat transferring efficiency of chillers in central air-conditioning.
