摘要
目的:研究黄连素对急性缺血性卒中(ACI)患者血清MMP-9浓度影响及探讨其改善患者日常生活能力的作用。方法:选择广州市第十二人民医院神经内科病房2016年1月—2018年10月收治的163例急性缺血性卒中患者,分为研究组(78例)和对照组(85例)。对照组采取常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加口服黄连素。两组患者于治疗前及治疗后14天测定MMP-9浓度,于治疗前、治疗后14天及治疗后半年采用ADL量表(日常生活能力量表)对患者日常生活能力进行评估。结果:两组患者治疗前MMP-9浓度、治疗前ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗后14天MMP-9浓度低于对照组,治疗后14天及半年ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄连素能降低急性缺血性卒中患者的MMP-9浓度,具有抑制炎症介质的作用,长期口服黄连素可以改善患者日常生活能力。
Objective:To study the effect of berberine on serum mmp-9 concentration in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI)and its effect on improving patients'daily living ability.Methods:163 patients with Atherosclerotic cerebral infarction admitted to the department of neurology of the 12th people's hospital of guangzhou from January 2016 to October 2018 were divided into study group(78 cases)and control group(85 cases).The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the study group added oral berberine on the basis of the control group.Mmp-9 concentration was measured before and 14 days after treatment in the two groups,and ADL scale(daily living ability scale)was used to evaluate the daily living ability of the patients before and 14 days after treatment and half a year after treatment.Results:there was no significant difference in mmp-9 concentration and ADL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Mmp-9 concentration 14 days after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and ADL score 14 days and half a year after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:berberine can reduce the concentration of mmp-9 in patients with Atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,and it has the effect of inhibiting inflammatory mediator.Long-term oral administration of berberine can improve the daily living ability of patients.
