摘要
公共性是大学教师科研的核心价值诉求,具有纯粹追求高深知识、非功利性与现实应用性的价值内涵。根据社会冲突理论,近年来,受集体目标的自我强化机制、价值关系中过度功利取向、科学精神萎缩的内在平庸性等影响,我国大学教师科研面临集体目标与个人目标的冲突,与市场关系紧密与松散的结构冲突,顺从现实性与追求卓越的价值冲突,科研公共性呈现式微的趋势。这应以"公共性"为价值中轴,基于"明晰应用性"与"捍卫非功利性"两条提振进路,通过优化科研经费分配与人才评价机制、弘扬科研诚信文化、振奋科学精神等举措,彰显大学教师科研公共性的独特价值。
Publicity is the core value demand of college teachers’scientific research,which has the value connotation of pure,non-utilitarian and practical application characteristics.According to the theory of social conflict,in recent years,under the influence of“self-strengthening mechanism of collective goal,excessive utilitarian orientation of close relationship and the intrinsic mediocre of the declining scientific spirit”,college teachers in our country are faced with conflicts such as“adherence to the goals of the collective and individual,close and loose characteristic relations,realistic and non-realistic ways of choosing”,etc.We should take“publicity”as the center axis of value,based on the two ways of“clear practical application characteristics”and“defend pure and non-utilitarian”,highlight the public value of scientific research teachers by optimizing the distribution of scientific research funds and the evaluation mechanism of talents,carrying forward the culture of scientific research integrity,and exhilarating the scientific spirit.
