摘要
根据学术脉络和研究取向的不同,关于大学教师发展主要有四种代表性研究进路:一是知识分子的研究进路,二是学术职业的研究进路,三是学术制度的研究进路,四是生存状态的研究进路。这四种研究进路的历时性发展伴随着高等教育从象牙塔走向世俗化的进程,在不同时期各擅胜场。结合中国具体国情和时代特征,在学术制度变迁的大背景下,学术制度进路的大学教师发展研究应该成为未来的重要路向。
According to different academic context and research orientation, there are four representative research approaches to faculty development: intellectual, academic career, academic system, and survival state. The diachronic development of the four approaches, each one of which peaked at different times, has been consistent with the evolution of higher education from the ivory tower to fulfilling social functions. Combined with the specific national conditions and the characteristics of the times, in the context of China's academic institutional change, the research approach of academic system should become an important direction in faculty development research in the future.
