摘要
目的:研究痛风性关节炎的X射线、CT和MRI的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年6月本院150例痛风性关节炎患者,将其按照抽签法分为甲组、乙组和丙组,每组各50例,对甲组患者进行X射线检查,对乙组患者进行CT检查,对丙组患者进行MRI检查。分别比较三组患者的病症检出率和病变显示率。结果:丙组患者进行的MRI检查的检出率明显高于甲组和乙组患者进行的X射线和CT检查,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;X射线检测结果显示关节面下囊变和痛风结节的关节数量少于CT和MRI检测,差异明显(P<0.05);CT线检测结果显示关节面下囊变和痛风结节的关节数量与MRI检测相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是关节周围肌间隙水肿、关节积液、关节软骨侵蚀、滑膜和韧带侵蚀的关节数量均少于MRI,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:X射线、CT和MRI对痛风性关节炎患者都具备良好的诊断能力,但是通过比较,发现MRI检测病症检出率较高、发现患者出现病变情况较好,X射线检查适用于中晚期痛风性关节炎患者的复查对比,CT检查对痛风结节具有良好的特异性。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of X-ray,CT and MRI in gouty arthritis.Methods:150 patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital were selected and divided into group a,group b and group c according to the drawing of lots,50 patients in each group.x-ray examination was performed on group a,CT examination was performed on group b,and MRI examination was performed on group c.Then the disease detection rate and disease display rate of the three groups of patients were compared respectively.Results:The detection rate of MRI in group c was significantly higher than that of x-ray and CT in group a and group b(P<0.05),with statistical significance.X-Ray examination showed that the number of joints with hypoarticular cystic changes and gout nodules was less than that detected by CT and MRI,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:X-ray,CT and MRI have good diagnostic capabilities for gouty arthritis patients.However,through comparison,it is found that the detection rate of MRI is higher and the pathological changes of patients are better.X-Ray examination is suitable for reexamination and comparison of patients with gouty arthritis in the middle and late stages.CT examination has good specificity for gouty nodules.
