摘要
为对喘气病施行不用药物治疗,分析并研究其治疗价值。试验对象纳入惠民县2018年2月至2019年5月的36头喘气病病猪,结合随机数字表法区分为对照组与试验组。对照组病猪纳入18头,进行支原净+嘉氟100药物治疗,试验组分配18头病猪,并采取盐酸多西环素注射治疗,进行不同分组病猪治疗效果、呼吸频率及精神状态评分对比分析。施行不同药物治疗后,试验组病猪治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组病猪精神状态评分明显低于试验组(P<0.05);试验组呼吸频率显著优越于对照组病猪(P<0.05)。结论:针对病猪哮喘疾病治疗,盐酸多西环素与支原净+嘉氟100治疗均能改善病猪病情,但盐酸多西环素注射治疗疗效更为显著,在改善病猪精神状态、呼吸频率的同时,有效提升病猪治疗效果,具有较高治疗价值。
To analyze and study the therapeutic value of no-drug treatment for asthma.The subjects were divided into control group and trial group by random number table method,including 36 asthmatic disease pigs from February 2018 to May 2019 in Huimin county.The control group was divided into 18 pigs,and 18 pigs in the experimental group were treated with the drug of Miyuanjing and Jiafu 100.The experimental group was treated with doxycycline hydrochloride injection,the therapeutic effect,respiratory frequency and mental status of pigs in different groups were compared and analyzed.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the mental state score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05),and the aspiration frequency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:doxycycline hydrochloride,mycoplasma hyogenum and Jiafuo 100 can improve the condition of pigs with asthma,but doxycycline hydrochloride injection is more effective in improving the mental state and smoking frequency of pigs with asthma,it has high therapeutic value to effectively enhance the therapeutic effect of diseased pigs.
