不同喉返神经解剖方法在甲状腺手术中的应用价值比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同喉返神经解剖方法在甲状腺手术中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月期间我院普外科收治的甲状腺手术患者90例作为研究对象,随机将其分为A、B、C 3组,每组各30例。所有患者术中均采取喉返神经探查暴露术,其中A组为气管食管沟法,B组为甲状腺下动脉法,C组为入喉点法。观察比较3组手术时间、神经解剖时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后拔管时间及住院时间。结果 3组的手术时间、神经解剖时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后拔管时间及住院时间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺手术中,气管食管沟法、甲状腺下动脉法、入喉点法三种喉返神经解剖方法效果相当,术者可以根据甲状腺的病变特点、个人的技巧及习惯来选择适合自己和患者的暴露方法。 Objective To investigate the application value of different recurrent laryngeal nerve anatomy methods in thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with thyroid space occupying the general surgery in oar hospitol during the period from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients who underwent thyroid surgery were randomly divided into A,B,and C.There are 30 cases each month.All patients underwent recurrent laryngeal nerve exploration.The anatomical method of recurrent laryngeal nerve in group A was thyroid artery,and group B was tracheal esophageal sulcus.Method and group C are the throat method.The operation time,nerve anatomy time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,postoperative extubation time and length of hospital stay were observed and compared.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time,nerve anatomy time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative extubation time and length of hospital stay in the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In thyroid surgery,the anatomical methods of the larynx,the tracheal esophageal sulcus,and the larynx method are equivalent,and there is no significant difference.
