摘要
电力现货市场在我国正处于大规模试点建设推进期,为建立适应电力现货市场规则的需求侧响应市场,基于竞价拍卖原理,设计一套与电力现货市场运营规则相匹配的需求侧可调节负荷机制,机制包含容量市场、电量市场,可实现与现货市场的有效衔接。该机制可在满足高报价用户用电需求的同时,对低报价未用电用户进行合理补贴,实现了效率与公平的统一。实际算例仿真验证了所提机制的可行性和科学性。
The construction of spot electricity market is in the promotion period of large-scale pilot construction in China.To establish the demand-side response mechanism adaptable to spot power market,we design a set of adjustable load mechanism suitable for the spot power market based on the theory of competitive auction.The mechanism contains capacity market and electricity market,and realizes effective connection with spot market.The transaction result could both meet the power demand of users with high quotation and reasonably subsidy the users who failed the bidding,achieving efficiency and fairness simultaneously.Verification of the mechanism is carried out through an example.
