电力现货市场背景下的山东新能源储能应用模式研究 被引量:26

摘要 根据山东电网的调峰调频需求提出建设储能系统的必要性,并在电力现货市场背景下分析了山东新能源配置储能的应用模式和盈利方法;给出了现货市场条件下的储能政策建议。指出:山东省实施电力现货市场后,储能可以在电价低谷时充电,电价高峰时放电获取电价差收益;若新能源分散配置储能,储能只能配合新能源获取现货市场电价差收益,盈利模式难以扩展;若将新能源分散储能集中建设成大型独立储能电站,则可以通过获取现货市场电价差收益、租赁费、容量电价3部分收益实现盈利,发挥新能源消纳、减少旋备、提供紧急功率支撑等多重作用。 The necessity of building energy storage system in Shandong province is proposed according to the peak and frequency regulation demand of Shandong power grid,and the application mode and profitability model of allocating energy storage system in new energy power stations in Shandong province is analyzed in the context of power spot market.Finally,suggestions on energy storage policy under spot market conditions are given.It points out that,after the implementation of electricity spot market in Shandong province,the energy storage system can be charged at the low price of electricity and discharged at the peak price of electricity to obtain power revenue.If the new energy power station is configured with decentralized energy storage system,the energy storage system can only obtain power revenue from the spot market,and the profit model is difficult to expand.If the decentralized energy storage systems are gathered together to be freestanding energy storage power station,it can achieve profitability by obtaining spot market power revenue,leasing fees,and capacity tariff,which plays multiple roles in absorbing new energy,reducing spinning spare and providing emergency power support.
